General requirements:
• University graduate or equivalent, Industrial Engineering degree is
preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Production or quality control assurance experience with knowledge of
US/Canada regulatory and safety requirements
• Result oriented, self motivated, dedicated and committed to continuous
learning
• Ability to travel locally and/or internationally
• High degree of integrity and professionalism

As a Manager Quality Assurance, you'll take the lead as you…
• Assure established strategic direction to inspection offices for
achieving individual or team goals
• Advocate leadership defined strategies to hold all parties accountable
for operational excellence and consistency in accordance with Target and US
safety & regulatory requirements.
• Anticipate and meets the need for information of key stakeholders,
synthesizes complex information, and communicate appropriately
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and project management
skills
• Demonstrate team development and leadership
• Min. 7 years experience in related field with 4 years in a managerial
role. Experience with a US company is preferred.

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll take the lead as you…
• Demonstrate development and leadership for a small team
• Broad knowledge or hands-on experience in fabrics, garment production
processes (incl. washing, printing and embroidery).
• Ability to lead the Pre-Production meetings to proactively address
potential production and quality issues prior to bulk production.
• Has extensive hands-on experience in assessing factory capacities and
capabilities including ability to line balance, recognizing bottle necks
and implement corrective actions.
• In depth understanding of statistical data analysis, to problem solve
through root cause analysis and provides corrective and preventive actions.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in related field

As Quality Assurance and Senior Quality Assurance, you'll take the lead as
you…

- Demonstrate key meeting facilitation in pre- production, conduct
inspection audits, understand testing protocol, review shipment samples,
conduct root cause analysis, and develop and follow up on corrective action
plans
- Demonstrate development and leadership for a small team
- Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in related field.
