We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager:
Major Responsibilities : to lead the QA Team to provide QA inspection services & technical support to ensure customer's quality standard
1.. Product inspections & Follow up
2.. Team Management (manage a team of QA inspectors to provide QA inspection services)
3.. Production Control
4.. Sample inspections
5.. Technical support
6.. Factory audits
7.. others (perform other duties as assigned by Management)
Qualification:
1.. should be technically very sound & has analytical skill
2.. problem solver & decision maker
3.. knowledge of AQL system, fitting, material & product is a must
4.. Strong leadership, able to build a solid team work and able to handle his/her team
5.. Good personality & communication skill
6.. Computer literacy (min. MS Office - word & excel), fluent in English (min. written)
7.. min. 5 yrs experience as QA Manager
Candidate will be located at Semarang - Jawa Tengah
