Garment Gathering: Bls: [Garment_Gathering] check fabric inspection using 4 point system

Dear Evi,

4 Point system assign 1,2,3 and 4 penalty points according to the size and significance deffect.
Points are assigned by the following data :

Assigned point                        Size of Deffect
         1                                         0-3 Inch
         2                                         3-6 Inch
         3                                         6-9 Inch
         4                                         >9 Inch - Fabric width

Maximum for A grade at 4 Point system is 0,26

The formulation for calculating the point :
Defect/100m2 = ( Total Point x100)/(Width of Fabric (m) x Fabric Lenght ( m ))
