Assure established strategic direction to inspection offices for achieving individual or team goals
Advocate leadership defined strategies to hold all parties accountable for operational excellence and consistency in accordance with Target and US safety & regulatory requirements.
Anticipate and meets the need for information of key stakeholders, synthesizes complex information, and communicate appropriately
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Demonstrate team development and leadership
General requirements:
University graduate or equivalent, Industrial Engineering degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Production or quality control assurance experience with knowledge of US/Canada regulatory and safety requirements
Result oriented, self motivated, dedicated and committed to continuous learning
Ability to travel locally and/or internationally
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Min. 7 years experience in related field with 4 years in a managerial role. Experience with a US company is preferred.
