As a Market
Representative, you'll take the lead as you…

Responsible for
business development, sourcing, placement, shipment and post-shipment processes
for designated merchandising area(s) and geographic market(s) by partnering
with business partners and cross functional teams
·
Identifies
potential business partners by pre-screening their production capacity,
capabilities and business expectations
·
Facilitates and
participates in placement and preproduction meetings, follows the resolution
plans and ensures execution of responsibilities in the pre-production
requirements (PPR) process to best manage production
·
Maintains strong
relationships with business partners
·
Identifies
production issues and resolves issues proactively with alternate solution
options following the correct process
·
Communicates
effectively and keeps all relevant parties abreast of potential issues/delays
and makes recommendations to solve problems
General
requirements:
·
University/College
graduate in any discipline
·
Min 2-4 years
experiences in merchandising skills
·
Excellent
English communication skills (both verbal and written) with good computer
knowledge
·
Independent and
works well with others
·
Strong problem
solving, negotiating, planning and organizational skills
·
Knowledge of
global trade, shipment and payment
