excellence and consistency in accordance with Target and US safety &
regulatory requirements.

and meets the need for information of key stakeholders, synthesizes complex
information, and communicate appropriately  

·        
Demonstrate
strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills

Demonstrate

General
requirements:

·        
University
graduate or equivalent, Industrial Engineering degree is preferred

·        
Excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written).

·        
Production
or quality control assurance experience with knowledge of US/Canada regulatory
and safety requirements

·

oriented, self motivated, dedicated and committed to continuous learning

·        
Ability
to travel locally and/or internationally

·        
High
degree of integrity and professionalism

·        
Min.
7 years experience in related field with 4 years in a managerial role.  Experience with a US company is preferred.

key meeting facilitation in pre- production, conduct inspection audits,
understand testing protocol, review shipment samples, conduct root cause
analysis, and develop and follow up on corrective action plans

Demonstrate
development and leadership for a small team

Broad knowledge
or hands-on experience in fabrics, garment production processes (incl. washing,
printing and embroidery).

·        
Ability to lead
the Pre-Production meetings to proactively address potential production and
quality issues prior to bulk production. 

·        
Has extensive
hands-on experience in assessing factory capacities and capabilities including
ability to line balance, recognizing bottle necks and implement corrective
actions.

·        
In depth
understanding of statistical data analysis, to problem solve through root cause
analysis and provides corrective and preventive actions.

 

 

General

coordination of materials, facilities and trainers to successfully deliver
training

·        
Provide
training strategies, coaching and materials to subject matter experts who will
deliver the training

·        
Evaluate
team members on presentations and develop their presentation skills

·        
Regional
coverage of South East Asia offices

 

General
requirements:

·        
Bachelor's
degree is a minimum requirement, Master's degree is preferred

·        
Excellent
English communication skills (both verbal and written)
