Main Tasks
* Enforcing the Code of Conduct requirements to all supply chain within the Group.
* Performing social compliance audits and Quick Scans in the manufacturers and suppliers producing for the s.Oliver Group, and preparing an accurate report on each audit ;
* Assessing supplier progress toward the fulfilment of the Corrective Action Plans during visits and preparing an accurate report on each visit;
* Assist and advise suppliers on how best to fulfil the requirements of the Corrective Action Plans;
* Building up confidence between the supply chain, Sustainability Team and s.Oliver;
* Providing required data / information for reports

Job specification / requirements:
* In depth knowledge of labour and social law;
* Knowledge of performing social audits in accordance with internationally approved standards (FLA, BSCI, WRAP, etc);
* Knowledge of the garment industry with 2 years experience in social compliance field;
* Good interpersonal skills, high integrity and able to work as a team;
* Computer: Excel / Word;
* Good command of oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Willing to travel
