1] Qualifications of Designer (hope she or he can do both Style designing and Graphic designing)
Great taste /sense in fashion as we have to get order based on our own design
Can speak English
Have to follow Buyer / Supervisor's requests
React quickly to rapidly changing fashion situations
Can handle graphic program(photoshop/ illustration).---Speed / Sense of using graphic tool are important
Can read Market trend
Can do collaboration with the other depts.
2] Job descriptions of Fashion merchandiser
Have to handle materials
Have to produce production
Have to collaborate with the other depts.(Cad dept/Sewing dept/Inspectors /Warehouse/Finace/Shipping etc)
Have to follow Buyer's /Supervisor's inquiry
React quickly to rapidly change fashion situations
Endurance in changing fashion industiries
