who lead, motivate and guide the sales team in
the process of progressing towards the divisional goals. Build strategies for
the sales team those are congruent to the corporate mission, core values and
the road map. Plan and set business goals, implement,
test, monitor and adapt strategies and tactics to achieve set goals. This
position forms part of the core management team at the divisional level.
QUALIFICATIONS :
· The
position is open to candidates between 30-45 years
· The
candidate should be a qualified Min S1 Graduated from a reputableuniversity
· The
candidate should be well versed with the Indonesian Fashion Industry or
textile and should have a strong passion for fashion
· A
minimum experience of min 5 years in the fashion industry especially in "Institutional
Business & Corporate-Wear/Uniform
· The
candidate should be well versed in the implementation of Balance Score Cards
and also should have an understanding of and a strong Institutional Business or
B2B
· Wiiling to be placed
at Cirendeu, Ciputat Timur
