We are one of the leading garment manufacturer and exporter. We are looking for
a production manager for our factory located in Cicurug, Sukabumi. Interested

RESPONSIBILITY AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PRODUCTION MANAGER.
The Candidate's Responsibility:
1. Will be working as Production Manager in our factory and will be reported
to Factory Manager.
2. Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of handling
minimum 300 machines on preparatory and assembly line.
3. Candidate must be experienced in production Management and Quality
Management in woven and knits garments in reputed garment factory.
4. Candidate should be capable of Material handling, Floor Handling,
Management of Manpower and Machines effectively, Fabric allocation, Finishing.
5. Candidate should be managing over all Operations of the production unit
for garments.
6. Candidate must have good product knowledge and able to handle multi
products.
7. Candidate shall be dealing with material planning & scheduling with
Fabric/trims stores.
8. Follow up of average of fabric for cutting Department.
9. Make T&A plan, Co-ordinate and supervise, optimum output, Plan and set
lines.
10.Candidate should be able to arrange inspection with QA department and buying
house.
11.Candidate shall be conducting meetings amongst supervisors and other relative
departments on daily, weekly and monthly basis for continuous improvements and
to achieve daily output target.
The Candidates Eligibility:
1. Textile technology related educational qualification is added value.
2. Minimum 10 years experience in garment production is must.
3. Good technical and analytical skill.
4. Good leadership and motivation skill.
5. Detail oriented and goal seeker personality.
6. Only local candidates are eligible to apply.
