Dear all,
Please be informed that our company is looking for suitable candidates of
'COMPLIANCE OFFICER'.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 year experiences as compliance officer / staff at garment factory.
2. Bachelor degree in law/management/social science/industrial
engineering/related field.
3. Fluent in English (both oral & written), strong communication skills and
good negotiator
4. Familiar with Indonesia labor law and health & safety regulation
5. Computer literacy (E-mail & Ms-Office)
6. Team work oriented
7. Mobile, proactive, self-motivated, persistent, carefulness/detail oriented
8. Well organized, good analyze and good leadership performance
9. Factory/sub-contractors social & security assessment experience as an
advantage
Responsibility:
1. On site social accountability and factory security assessment of factory /
sub-contractor factory
2. Troubleshoot, develop and follow-up corrective action plans
3. Communicate and internal assessment result with corporate and local officers
4. Deliver training on social accountability and factory security.
5. Documents updated and reporting the program / activity.
