Dear Irawan,

Kalau menurut saya sih, kelebihan yg harus dimiliki seorang QA, harus memiliki dasar ilmu tekstil, dasar ilmu pola, teknik jahit. Jadi QA nggak hanya komplain masalah quality tp juga tahu dasarnya apa yg sedang dikomplain.
Semoga teman GG yg lain bisa memberi jawaban yg lebih memuaskan :)
