Sales and Merchandising Manager [Code: SMM]
Brief outline of duties:
* Handle the sales and merchandising activities as an Independent Team Leader
* Work on developing new European/US customers
* Lead a team of senior merchandisers and merchandisers and make sure of their high quality performance
* Report to the Management about order status
* To be part of new initiatives from the group
The Successful Candidate:
* WNI
* S1 Degree from reputable university.
* Minimum 12 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
* Experience to deal with US/Europe customers
* Through knowledge of outerwear, casual bottoms, and jacket products
* Good understanding of testing standards, pattern and markers, YY, and other related technical skills
* Excellent communication and decision making skills
* Strong leadership skills, able to develop and motivate subordinates
* Able to work under pressure and adverse conditions
