Qualifications :
· Male/Female maximum 40 years old
· Min. Bachelor (
S1 ) from Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant
disicpline
· Must have
experience in FASHION INDUSTRY (GARMENT FACTORY) minimum 4years
· Excellent understanding in HR and Development area : Recruitment &
Selection, Organization Development, Payroll,
Jamsostek, Training & Development,Industrial Relations & Indonesian Labor Regulations, and strong
understanding with
Compliance process (Proven track record in handling buyers' social compliance audit and writing response to audit finding)
· Good negotiation skill, strong leadership
· Fluent in English also computer literate, self-motivate and
dynamic
· Excellent controlling for the human resources system and procedure,
standard operating procedure (SOP)
· Hardworking, Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive
· Ability to work multitasking, fast responsive and great communication
skills · Domicile at SURABAYA/willing to be placed in SIDOARJO/SURABAYA
