To keep up with our organizational dynamics, especially in our West Java
Operation, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to
fill the following position:
HR Manager Factory [code: HRF]
Responsibilities:
* Manage all of HR functions in the plant.
* To perform, implement, monitor, and evaluate periodically the HR policy
and procedure.
* Handles various industrial relations related work
* Ensure that buyer's compliance standard and policy is implemented and
run in all aspects of manufacturing process
* Maintain good relations with all stakeholders in HR related area.
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management,
Psychology, Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
* At least 3 (three) years as HR Manager in labor intensive manufacturing
industry
* Well-versed in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower regulation and competent
in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, etc)
* Able to develop good industrial relation with government officers such
as Kemnakertrans, Police Dept., and Jamsostek
* Responsible, fast learner, hard worker, having the integrity and
trustworthy
* Willing to be located in West Java area
