COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR SURABAYA
General Summary
Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The
position ensures the management and employees are in compliance with the rules
and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are
being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's
Standards of Conduct.
Requirements :
1. Male or Female
2. Bachelor Degree - S1 (any disciplines)
3. Proven track record in handling buyers' social compliance audit and
writing response to audit finding
4. Self-motivated, persistent, proactive, result oriented in assuring that
the company meets and ultimately exceeds customer standards
5. Preferable have experience as a compliance officer in a garment
6. Intimate understanding with proven practical implementation of Social
Compliance and CTPAT
7. Have knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and Indonesian Labor Law
8. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and strong in communication
skills
9. Able with computer literate
10. Prefer able have experience in the same sield.
11. Set up compliance management system and update compliance
program Implement, monitor, control document, audit, and improve Compliance
Program
