QA / Subcon Manager

Responsibilities:
* Perform Inline and Final Inspection, Measure dimensions of products,
Inspect, testto verify conformance to specifications.
* Identify and Source out factories that meet customer and company quality
standards, price and code of conduct.
* Issue inspection report ,set control and procedures and meet the
production deadline with high quality standard
* Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and
recommend necessary corrective actions
* Analyze and interpret customer requirement, data, manuals, and other
materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures..
* Lead the QC team,Notify supervisors and other personnel of production
problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems
* Maintaining records of inspection or test data
* Placing order to subcon.
Requirements:
* Min. 5 years experience in handling Finished Garments quality control
and process inspections.
* Degree holder preferred
* Knowledge of factory evaluation, factory compliance, and factory
sourcing
* Spoken and written English language is a must
* Proficiency in MSWord, MS Excel, internet and Microsoft Outlook
* Able to work Systematic , meeting the customer requirement / deadline in
production qty and quality with a high level of accuracy and good attention
to detail
* Knowledgeable in finding good CM Factories/Subcon, negotiation of CMT
