offices for achieving individual or team goals
· Advocate leadership defined strategies to hold all parties
accountable for operational excellence and consistency in accordance
with Target and US safety & regulatory requirements.

stakeholders, synthesizes complex information, and communicate
appropriately
· Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and project
management skills

samples, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and follow up on

· Demonstrate development and leadership for a small team
· Broad knowledge or hands-on experience in fabrics, garment
production processes (incl. washing, printing and embroidery).
· Ability to lead the Pre-Production meetings to proactively
address potential production and quality issues prior to bulk
production.
· Has extensive hands-on experience in assessing factory
capacities and capabilities including ability to line balance,
recognizing bottle necks and implement corrective actions.
· In depth understanding of statistical data analysis, to
problem solve through root cause analysis and provides corrective and
preventive actions.
