· Re cheking export document

· Monthly shipment plan and report
· Prepare export document for clearance sheet
Qualification:Male, Singel Max 35 year, min bachelor degree from Accounting or
Management, have 1-2 years experience in similar position, Excellent MS Office
application (word, excel), fluency in English both in writing and verbal is
mandatory.

Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API) dalam kapasitasnya sebagai anggota dari ASEAN Federation of Textile Industries (AFTEX), akan menyelenggarakan asesmen dan sertifikasi untuk profesi Apparel Merchandiser Level 2 pada tanggal 12 Maret 2011 (09.00-12.00) di Kantor API, Gedung Surveyor Indonesia Lt.16, Jl.Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. Program ini merupakan bagian dari ASEAN Common Competency Program (ACCP) yaitu salah satu kegiatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada sektor tekstil dan garmen di wilayah ASEAN.
Inisiatif ini dilakukan sebagai langkah antisipatif dalam menghadapi Global Free Trade pada tahun 2015 yang akan memaksa setiap industri meningkatkan daya saingnya. Salah satu upaya krusial untuk peningkatan daya saing adalah tentu saja peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia bagi industri tekstil dan garmen sebagai motor bagi kemajuan industri itu sendiri.
Dalam rangka itu, para Apparel Merchandiser didorong untuk tersertifikasi sebagai pengakuan bahwa kompetensinya memenuhi standard regional ASEAN dewasa ini. Sertifikat dikeluarkan oleh AFTEX dan diakui seluruh negara-negara ASEAN sehingga perusahaan tidak perlu lagi melakukan asesmen yang sama bagi karyawan maupun calon karyawannya.
Selain posisi Merchandiser, AFTEX Indonesia dalam hal ini API juga telah dan akan melakukan sertifikasi untuk 4 posisi lainnya yaitu Mekanik, Sewing Operator, Pattern Maker dan Supervisor,
Untuk pendaftaran dan keterangan lebih lanjut silakan hubungi Bapak Asep Setiaharja di API pada (021) 527 2171 atau email: asep_setiaharja@yahoo.co.id. Dan berikut ini adalah standard peserta uji kompetensi untuk Merchandiser Level 2 adalah sbb:
- Memiliki perngalaman sebagai Merchandiser di bidang apparel minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar Supplier sourcing; jenis kain, kualitas serta dasar-dasar sistem social compliance
- Pre Production proces: meliputi; lab dip, garment sampling, apparel production, Product development, Costing, Product specification, production schedule, quality, lembar PO dan payment term.
- Production Follow Up: yang meliputi pengetahuan dasar tentang material testing, quality control process serta hal-hal yang mempengaruhi lead time dan biaya produksi.
- Problem settlement; memiliki skill dalam pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif.
- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Semua soal asesmen disajikan dalam bahasa Inggris.
